    Want to be part of the next generation luxury jeweller? We are looking for a Client Development Manager to join our Sydney Flagship Boutique.

    Responsibilities

    Style Your Days in a World of Luxury

     

    As the Client Development Manager you will support the client development initiatives working in close collaboration with the store management teams. Ultimately this role will be responsible for instilling a clienteling culture within the store, ensuring meaningful outreach, prospecting and delivering private appointments each day. This is an exciting, varied and fast paced role that will spend a great deal of time on the sales floor engaging with customers and coaching the team.

     

    Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

     

    • Establish strong data capture practices in the store to drive comprehensive and high quality information, and to perform customer information management functions to maximise the data integrity andf useability
    • Give guideline recommendation for every customer outreach activity to ensure we drive the highest ROI (email, ecards, direct mail, gifting, retail cards, and events)
    • Work closely with Sales professionals to identify new portfolio clients and develop strategies to grow sales in this category
    • Partner with store management and Client Development Director in the effective execution of the global client development strategy
    • Drive business opportunities, customer loyalty and purchase frequency
    • Spend considerable time on the sales floor engaging with customers, welcoming them to store and coaching the team.
    • Manage and execute predictive clienteling and portfolio outreach initiatives to Sydney clients
    • Maintain a strong client facing presence at the events through networking and building strong, meaningful relationships with clients.
    • Coordinate (VIP) customer guest lists for events in collaboration with Retail Management and Marketing.

    The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years sales experience within a customer -focused environment. Be it Retail, Hospitality or Aviation…We believe a diverse workforce makes a difference. A dynamic service-driven personality is essential!

     

    We are seeking:

     

    • A Blue Box Enthusiast.
    • Ideally 3 years + Demonstrable sales experience and ability to build strong client relationships
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse client base and collaborate with colleagues.,
    • Professionalism, poised manner to represent Tiffany & Co. and Flexibility to work per international time zones when necessary.
    • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint a plus).
