    Join our Sydney CBD Head Office team as our Customer Experience Specialist within the Omnichannel team! The Omnichannel team is responsible for all consumer facing digital assets and capabilities that our customers enjoy. With a track record of innovation, Omnichannel is supporting Tiffany & Co.’s journey to become the Next Generation Luxury Jeweller.

    The Customer Experience Specialist is committed to delivering exceptional customer service across channels with an aim to increase client acquisition and retention. Your impact will be measured by the effectiveness of Digital conversion, by handling customer contact on Tiffany.com through messaging and clienteling.

    • Collaborating with local Ecommerce, Global and agency teams, this role will:
    • Partner with eCommerce team on the development and optimization of artificial intelligence projects.
    • Be the first point of contact for online consumers through chat, sms, or messaging.
    • Offer tailored product recommendations to consumers browsing Tiffany.com.
    • Collaborate with Contact Centre liaising with customers to ensure they are kept up to date regarding their query, providing responses when needed and ensuring documentation of any investigation and follow-up is made.
    • Manage predictive clienteling strategy by outreaching to customer base.
    • Create action plans for relationship management in CRM system.
    • Maintain and update database of opportunity customers.
    • Reporting on clienteling initiatives as per business needs
    • Complete general administrative tasks on an ad-hoc basis.

    To be successful in this role, you will:

     

    • Ideally a recent graduate within Ecommerce/Digital Marketing/Media or similar. Alternatively, you may have 1-2 years experience within this field. 
    • Team player who can be resourceful and a creative problem solver
    • Demonstrated interest in marketing technology, or online marketing
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve customer issues - a genuine desire to help others
    • A sense of humour with a spirit of freedom, wit and joy! We want you to bring your authentic, amazing self to work. 
    • Attention to detail and results-driven.
