    We are currently recruiting a customer packer to join our growning team on a casual basis. Based within our Direct Sales & Service team you will be responsible for processing customer orders and to physically pack the orders complete wiht our beautiful tissue, iconic Blue Box and bowing.

    As the Customer packer you will also be responsible for maintaining integrity and accuracy of the order consistent with Tiffany & Co. policies and procedures and support other work areas of Direct Sales & Service by flexing in to that department based on business demands. 


    Your duties will include but are not limited to:


    • Fulfill the packing specifications for respective orders by verifying sku, description, quantity, attachments, and ensure Tiffany & Co. quality standards.
    • Physically pack merchandise while fulfilling the packing specifications for each respective order and prepare shipment details for posting (labels, manifest, etc).
    • Ability to consistently meet or exceed the department standards for UPH productivity goals as communicated by the Asst. Mgr. Direct Sales & Service.
    • Resolve order non-compliance issues with the Asst. Mgr. Direct Sales & Service assistance.
    • Flex to other areas within the Direct Sales & Service operation as requested. Prioritize checking email, participating in E-Learning classes and maintaining updated information in Self Service. Continually making sure system access is kept up to date including network functionality and PkMS access

    The ideal will candidate:
    • Communicates with Impact

    • Organized with high attention to detail and ability to work to pace, whilst delivering a luxury customer service experience 
    • Familiarity with website technoloy and navigation 
    • Must be able to lift boxes comfortably and be able to maintain the physical demands of the role. 
    • Flexibility with work schedule; including occasional late nights, weekends and public holidays.
