As our organization continues to grow, we now have a rare and exciting opportunity for a skilled Tiffany Service Centre (TSC) Coordinator to join the team in our Collins Street, Melbourne store. The TSC Coordinator ensures that all service orders are processed efficiently and in a timely manner. The TSC Coordinator utilizes both internal and external technical resources to ensure the service orders are completed in accordance with Tiffany & Co. quality standards.

In your role you will:
Liaises with TCO Australia regional markets for service order follow up and status. If necessary, direct communication with AU market retail customers and work with TCO AU Retail Management to resolve customer service issues.
