    As our organization continues to grow, we now have a rare and exciting opportunity for a skilled Tiffany Service Centre (TSC) Coordinator to join the team in our Collins Street, Melbourne store. The TSC Coordinator ensures that all service orders are processed efficiently and in a timely manner. The TSC Coordinator utilizes both internal and external technical resources to ensure the service orders are completed in accordance with Tiffany & Co. quality standards.

    In your role you will:

    • Provides efficient and timely processing of all service center orders in accordance with Tiffany & Co. service and quality standards.  This includes but is not limited to identifying and managing the expectations of the appropriate internal and external technical resources, appropriating the necessary parts and materials for each order, and systematic capturing of all relevent information.
    • Proactively and accurately maintains, monitors, and procures parts, materials and sundry inventory.  When necessary, works with TSC New York or local sources to procure and replenishment the inventory.
    • Liaises with TCO Australia regional markets for service order follow up and status. If necessary, direct communication with AU market retail customers and work with TCO AU Retail Management to resolve customer service issues.

    • Become an active member of the TSC/Customer Service team through cross-functional teaming to support the initiatives and efforts of the department.
    • Perform occasional machine engraving on COM merchandise and other office administrative and clerical functions, including the timely processing of all relevant invoices.

    The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years experience within a customer-focused environment. Be it Sales, Retail, Hospitality or Aviation…We believe a diverse workforce makes a difference. A dynamic service-driven personality is essential!

     

    We are seeking:

    • A Blue Box Enthusiast.
    • Relevant industry work experience in a operations/back of house capacity. 
    • Have proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook).
    • Have strong working verbal and written communication skills
    • Be flexible and able to work additional hours when business needs require.
    • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Good use of reason and logic when problem solving and in ambiguity.
    • Solid retail and/or Customer Service work experience.
    • Individuals with an Undergraduate degree, or graduate Gemologist degree will be highly regarded.
