    We are currently seeking a Finance Manager to join the team on a 14 month fixed-term contract, due to commence in September 2018 to cover maternity leave. As a Finance Manager, you will play an integral role in the Australian & New Zealand market, effectively managing the finance function that supports twelve stores and the Sydney office.

    Based at our Sydney CBD office, this role will be responsible for:

    • Reporting of Daily Sales and Monthly financials. 
    • Financial analysis and modeling.
    • Profit planning and forecasting (sales, expense, cash flow, balance sheet).
    • Treasury and cash flow management.
    • Tax & transfer pricing reporting (both local and international).
    • Overseeing the payroll and benefits functions.
    • Internal and external audit compliance.
    • Managing and coaching a team of six with a focus on their professional growth and development.

    In addition to the above, you will also be responsible for liaising and collaborating with local, corporate and regional offices to support the initiatives and efforts of the Company.

    The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years experience in a senior finance role, along with the following:


    • Proven track record of success in financial forecasting and planning, local tax reporting (including income taxes, FBT, GST and payroll taxes).
    • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
    • Degree and CPA/CA qualified.
    • A natural leader with the ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness and professionalism both with clients and staff members.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with the wider business.
    • Exceptional organization, verbal and written communication skills.
    • You will have an advantage if your skill set also includes experience within the Retail industry.
