This is a truly varied and fast paced role, where you will take ownership of Administration for our Pitt Street boutique while being a true brand ambassador; living and breathing our Tiffany values into our everyday life.

Responsibilities

This role will provide administrative support to the Pitt Street boutique. As the Administrative Assistant, you will collaborate with and support the store management team and the wider team when required. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Assisting with event management, working closely with the PR & Marketing team to coordinatore in-store events.
  • Coordinate conferences, meetings, training, and staff functions.
  • Providing a highly polished and professional luxury experience to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing complex diaries
  • Organising international and domestic travel arrangement
  • Completing expense reports, preparing documents and PowerPoint presentations 
  • Coordinate the distribution of Company communications and supporting management to drive different initiatives 
  • Coordinate and oversee the use of the boardroom and kitchen
  • Adhoc tasks as required

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, whilst your friendly demeanour and endearing nature will make you approachable and dependable
  • A reputation for being honest, reliable and trustworthy
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Tertiary qualification and 2-3 years’ experience as Team Assistant/Administrator within a large corporate environment is preferred
