We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Support Coordinator to join our Head Office team. A truly varied and fast paced role, the Retail Support Coordinator is a key interface between the Stores and the Head Office teams in ensuring that all two way communications are delivered in a timely, relevant and concise way.  

 

Responsibilities

Based at our beautiful Sydney CBD office, this role will be responsible for providing full administrative support to our Retail Market Director and be the key interface between the stores and Head Office teams, providing all stakeholders with clear actions, instructions and feedback.

 

 Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Produce daily bulletins for the Retail teams containing relevant and timely information to drive business performance & inspire retail staff.
  • Write and format store communications
  • Feedback opportunities and issues from the store teams to the head office teams to affect change
  • Create new and innovative ways of engaging the retail teams through new ways of communication
  • Manage the annual store activity calendar ensuring the retail teams remain informed of promotions and events
  • Management of diary of the Retail Market Director
  • Book, coordinate and manage detailed travel schedules and itineraries as required
  • Process and reconcile monthly expense reports for the Retail Market Director
  • Minute taken and distribution of minutes at management meetings
