Based at our Sydney CBD office, this role will be responsible for providing full administrative support to our Australian Head Office of 42 team members and supporting our Senior Leadership team.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Provide Professional and confidential representation of our Senior Leadership team
  • Extensive management of complex diaries
  • Manage kitchen facilities, keeping the kitchen clean and tidy
  • Coordinate all meeting room scheduling, room booking and catering where needed for the office team.
  • Coordinate meetings and conference calls both in the regionally and internationally
  • Book, coordinate and manage detailed travel schedules and itineraries as required
  • Process and reconcile monthly expense reports
  • Ensure that the right levels of office supplies are on hand at all time
  • Assist with creating and booking events as and when required
