As our organization continues to grow, we are offering a rare opportunity for an eCommerce Executive to join our Head Office team. As the ecommerce Executive, you will be responsible for improving customer conversion on Tiffany.com through retargeting, personalization, as well as testing & optimization.

Based at our Martin Place office and reporting directly to the eCommerce Manager of the Australia and New Zealand market, this role will be responsible for thinking through the customer experience to ensure all Tiffany.com initiatives put the customer experience first, drive sales, build brand equity and enable seamless shopping experiences.

 

Collaborating with local Marketing, Global and agency teams, this role will:

 

eCommerce

  • Manage the Retargeting channel to entice customers back to Tiffany.com in order to drive purchase online, and in-store.
  • Plan, implement and monitor the conversion optimization program through effective online merchandising.
  • Manage the personalization plan including the online product recommendation engine.

Omni-channel

  • Assist in the delivery of the omni-channel roadmap / ensure execution according to plan of all functional evolutions on Tiffany.com.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 2 years e-Commerce or digital performance marketing experience.
  • Strong analytical skills experience with Google Analytics (or similar).
  • Customer centric mentality and a positive can do attitude.
  • Team player who can be resourceful and a creative problem solver.
  • Self-motivation to think outside the box and develop creative/innovative solutions.
  • Attention to detail and results-driven.
