As our organization continues to grow, we are offering a rare opportunity for a CVM Specialist to join our team, based in our Melbourne CBD Boutique.

Based at our Martin Place office, this role will provide support the Australian and New Zealand markets through the execution of all CVM and Merchandise directives. 


Partnering with the CVM Manager members of market, regional and central teams, you will:

  • Manage and implement all creative installations including windows, vitrines, sinage, storytelling, flowers and holiday decor. 
  • Manage and create a boutique enviornment that promotes our brand, lighting, artwork, music and interior shopping experience that delights our customers. 
  • Function as the lead contact for all event related CVM needs within the market-cluster stores. 
  • Effectively partner with the CVM Manager and Merchandising team to ensure that Merchandise initiatives, CVM directives, product launches and key collections are correctly presented within local boutique markets.
  • Train and inspire the CVM partner network and retail team
  • Support local market PR and boutique related event installations and merchandise launches

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Over 3 years experience in Merchandising, visual display or styling.
  • Experience within luxury retail would be highly regarded. 
  • Exceptional organisiational and communication skills, with a true ambtious and enthusiastic nature.
  • Self-motivation to think outside the box and develop creative/innovative solutions.
  • A passion for luxury retail, jewelry with the ability to work within a diverse team
  • Able to travel across Australia & New Zealand as and when required for boutique visits and installations.
